  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Sauté the Vegetables

Step 2: Add the Rest

  1. Add cabbage, diced tomatoes, broth, water, and all seasonings.
  2. Stir well to combine.

Step 3: Simmer

  1. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  2. Simmer for 25–30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender and flavors have blended.
