Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6–8 large flour tortillas
Garlic Butter Mix
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook the Beef
- In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook until beef is browned and onions are soft.
- Stir in ketchup + mustard for classic cheeseburger flavor.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
2. Assemble the Rollups
- Lay out a tortilla.
- Add a generous line of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spoon the cooked beef mixture over it.
- Add a little more cheese on top (optional but delicious).
- Roll tightly like a burrito.
3. Brush with Garlic Butter
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the outside of each rollup generously.
4. Cook
You can cook them 3 ways:
Air Fryer (best & crispiest)
- 190°C (375°F), 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
Pan-fry
- Cook on medium heat until all sides are crispy and browned.
Oven
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes.
5. Serve
Serve hot with:
- Garlic mayo
- Ketchup
- Spicy ranch
- Cheese dip
