  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (if needed)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 lb potato gnocchi

  • ½ cup spinach (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Brown the Beef

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.

  • Drain excess fat if needed.

2️⃣ Build the Flavor

  • Add onion and cook 2–3 minutes until soft.

  • Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Make the Sauce

  • Pour in beef broth and simmer 2 minutes.

  • Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.

4️⃣ Cook the Gnocchi

  • Add gnocchi directly to the skillet.

  • Cover and simmer 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until gnocchi is tender.

5️⃣ Finish

  • Stir in spinach until wilted (optional).

  • Taste and adjust seasoning.

6️⃣ Serve

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
