Wet Mix

2 eggs

¼ cup milk or buttermilk

1️⃣ Prep the Chicken

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Make the Coating

In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
3️⃣ Wet Dip

Whisk eggs with milk in a separate bowl.
4️⃣ Coat

Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat well in flour mix.

For extra crispy, dip twice.
5️⃣ Fry

Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
