🍳 Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Coating

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup cornstarch (extra crispiness)

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp chili powder (optional)

Wet Mix

  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup milk or buttermilk

For Frying

  • Oil for deep or shallow frying


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Chicken

  • Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

2️⃣ Make the Coating

  • In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.

3️⃣ Wet Dip

  • Whisk eggs with milk in a separate bowl.

4️⃣ Coat

  • Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat well in flour mix.

  • For extra crispy, dip twice.

5️⃣ Fry

  • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

  • Fry chicken in batches 3–4 minutes, until golden and crispy.

6️⃣ Drain & Serve

  • Drain on paper towels.

  • Serve hot.
