Light, pillowy rolls made right in the blender with simple pantry ingredients.

  • 1 cup warm milk

  • 2 large eggs

  • ΒΌ cup oil or melted butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2ΒΌ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

1️⃣ Blend

  • Add milk, eggs, oil, sugar, salt, and yeast to blender

  • Blend 20–30 seconds

2️⃣ Mix Flour

  • Pour mixture into bowl

  • Stir in flour until smooth batter forms
    (Thicker than cake batter, looser than dough)

3️⃣ Rest

  • Cover and let rest 10 minutes

4️⃣ Bake

  • Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C)

  • Grease muffin pan or baking dish

  • Spoon batter into pan

  • Bake 20–22 minutes until golden

5️⃣ Finish

  • Brush with melted butter

  • Cool slightly and serve
