This Easy Pineapple Dump Cake is one of the simplest desserts you’ll ever make. No mixing bowls, no fancy steps — just layer, bake, and enjoy! It’s buttery, fruity, golden on top, and perfect for potlucks or last-minute guests.

🛒 Ingredients (Only 4!)

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (with juice)

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

  • Crushed Pineapple: Do NOT drain — the juice helps cook the cake mix.

  • Yellow Cake Mix: Classic flavor, but white cake mix also works.

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.


2️⃣ Layer the Ingredients

  1. Spread the crushed pineapple (with juice) evenly in the baking dish.

  2. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pineapple.

  3. Pour melted butter evenly over the top.

  4. Sprinkle nuts if using.

👉 Do not stir! Just layer.
