This Easy Triple Crust Peach Cobbler is a buttery, golden, Southern-style dessert loaded with juicy peaches and layered with THREE delicious crust elements for extra texture and flavor. It’s crispy on top, soft in the middle, and bursting with sweet peach goodness.

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch


🥧 Triple Crust Layers

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust (bottom layer)

  • 1 cup self-rising flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • Optional: ½ cup brown sugar for top sprinkle


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.


2️⃣ Prepare the Peach Filling

In a bowl, mix:

  • Peaches

  • Sugar

  • Lemon juice

  • Vanilla

  • Cinnamon

  • Cornstarch

Set aside.


3️⃣ Add Bottom Crust

  • Press pie crust into bottom of baking dish.

  • Spoon peach mixture evenly over crust.


4️⃣ Make Batter Layer (Second Crust)

In another bowl, mix:

  • Self-rising flour

  • Sugar

  • Milk

Pour this batter evenly over the peaches.
Do not stir.


5️⃣ Add Butter & Final Crust

  • Drizzle melted butter evenly over batter.

  • Sprinkle brown sugar on top (optional for extra caramelization).

This creates the third crust as it bakes.


6️⃣ Bake

Bake for 50–60 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

If top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil.

Let rest 15 minutes before serving to thicken.
