Instructions
- Prepare the Pan:
Line a small baking dish or mold with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Melt the Chocolate:
Place chocolate chips and butter in a heatproof bowl. Set over a saucepan with simmering water (double boiler method). Stir until smooth and melted.
- Add Condensed Milk and Vanilla:
Remove from heat and stir in condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Mix in Add-ins:
Fold in chopped nuts or crushed biscuits if using.
- Pour and Set:
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Chill:
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until firm.
- Cut and Serve:
Remove from the pan, cut into small blocks, and enjoy!
