  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Servings: 12 sliders

🍳 Equipment

  • Small bowl
  • Brush or spoon
  • Aluminum foil

🧂 Ingredients

For the Sandwiches

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12-count)
  • 12 slices deli ham (or more, to taste)
  • 8–10 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional but recommended)

For the Butter Glaze

  • ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional for sweeter flavor)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of salt

📝 Ingredient Notes

  • Hawaiian Rolls: King’s Hawaiian is best for sweetness.
  • Ham: Use thin deli-sliced ham, honey ham, or smoked ham.
  • Swiss Cheese: Melts beautifully but can be swapped with provolone or cheddar.
  • Brown Sugar: Optional, adds caramelized sweetness.

Set oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the Rolls

  • Without separating the rolls, slice the entire sheet of rolls horizontally.
  • Place the bottom half inside the baking dish.
  • Spread a light layer of mayonnaise over the bottom (optional).

3. Build the Sandwiches

  • Add a layer of Swiss cheese.
  • Add folded slices of ham evenly across the rolls.
  • Add another layer of Swiss cheese.
