I kiIIIed a particular Cockroach in my Room last night,

EPISODE 5

I went home with just one Motive, one plan.

As I was running back to our house from Blessing’s compound, my brain was working very fast.

That night again, A cockroach ran past me… this time around, I left it, it ran past my room, I saw it entering the kitchen.

I was sitting on my bed by 10 PM, folding my arms and watching carefully. Suddenly, one big fat brown cockroach crawled out from under my wardrobe. It was walking very slowly, shaking its long antennas like it was purposely looking for my attention.

Normally, I would have jumped up, grabbed my canvas, and crushed it immediately without thinking twice. But I controlled my anger. I just watched it.

“You want me to hit you so your millions of friends will come to our house, right?” I whispered to myself, smiling tightly. “God forbid! I will not touch you today.”

It walked past my legs, went out of my room into the corridor, and I followed it quietly from behind. I saw it entering the kitchen.

I didn’t care kiIIIing it.

I just turned back, went into my room, and locked my door. Let it go and eat whatever it wants to eat inside the kitchen, I don’t even care! I will never fall into Blessing’s evil trap again!

At Midnight, I got up to check that kitchen, maybe I’ll mistakenly see it, but I met the shock of my Life.

The whole house was very quiet and dark. I checked my phone clock, it was exactly 12:00 AM. I decided to tip-toe to the kitchen to drink water and also check if that single cockroach was still roaming around the gas cylinder.

As I got very close to the kitchen door, I froze completely. My blood turned to pure ice.

I was hearing Voices, “We’re in trouble, This Charm is about to be neutralize!, she is not going according to the script”

I pressed my ear directly against the kitchen door. The voices were very tiny, sounding like a very old woman and a young girl whispering secretly inside our dark kitchen!

“Ah! What do we do now?” the tiny young voice whispered in panic. “She refused to kill the bait! If she doesn’t shed the blood of the first cockroach, the remaining millions cannot leave our house to enter her own!”

“Keep quiet and let me think!” the tiny old woman’s voice replied angrily. “We’re in trouble, This Charm is about to be neutralize!, she is not going according to the script! We must find another way to make her strike it!”

I recognized that young whispering voice immediately. It sounded exactly like my so-called best friend, Blessing!

I forcefully pushed the kitchen door wide open and switched on the bright light! Piaw!

I checked the kitchen, I didn’t see anyone.

The kitchen was completely empty. No human being, no animal. Everywhere was just silent.

The only thing I saw was that same single cockroach standing in the middle of the kitchen tiles, staring directly at me before it quickly ran away and hid under the deep freezer.

I was fully convinced that Blessing is a witch!!, “Yes, she has a hand in this problems”
