🍳 Ingredients

1 lb smoked Polish sausage (kielbasa), sliced

1½ lbs potatoes, diced (Yukon gold or russet)

1 large onion, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Potatoes

Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper.

Cover and cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
2️⃣ Add Onions & Sausage

Add sliced onions and sausage to the skillet.

Sprinkle paprika and garlic powder over the mixture.
3️⃣ Fry Until Golden

Uncover and cook 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are crispy and onions are caramelized.
4️⃣ Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning.
