Caramel Apple Pie Bombs

Caramel Apple Pie Bombs are golden, fluffy biscuit bites stuffed with warm cinnamon apples and gooey caramel, then rolled in cinnamon sugar. Easy, fun, and addictive!

Servings: 8–12 bombs


🍳 Equipment

  • Baking sheet

  • Parchment paper

  • Small bowl

  • Spoon

  • Brush (for butter)


🥘 Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 cup apple pie filling (chopped)

  • 8–12 soft caramel candies (or caramel sauce)

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cut each biscuit into 2–3 pieces and flatten into small circles.


2️⃣ Fill

  1. Place a spoon of apple filling in the center.

  2. Add a caramel candy (or drizzle caramel sauce).

  3. Pinch the dough around the filling to form a ball.


3️⃣ Bake

  1. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

  2. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.


4️⃣ Coat

  1. Brush warm bombs with melted butter.

  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

  3. Roll each bomb in cinnamon sugar.


🍽 Serving Ideas

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream

  • Drizzle extra caramel on top

  • Perfect for fall desserts, parties, and kids’ snacks
