This Baked Cajun Shrimp is bold, spicy, and full of smoky Southern flavor. It’s juicy, buttery, and ready in just minutes—perfect for weeknight dinners, pasta, rice bowls, or tacos.

🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • ½ tsp paprika (smoked preferred)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, extra heat)

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Step 1: Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Lightly grease a baking dish.


Step 2: Season Shrimp

  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, and spices.

  2. Add shrimp and toss until fully coated.


Step 3: Bake

  1. Spread shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish.

  2. Bake for 10–12 minutes until pink and cooked through.


Step 4: Serve

  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
