These Reuben Sliders are mini versions of the classic deli sandwich — layered with savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, melty Swiss cheese, and creamy dressing, all baked on soft rolls with a buttery topping. Perfect for parties, game day, or an easy weeknight dinner!

  2. Place bottom half in baking dish.

  3. Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly.

  4. Layer half of the Swiss cheese.

  5. Add corned beef evenly.

  6. Spread drained sauerkraut.

  7. Top with remaining cheese.

  8. Place top buns over filling.


3️⃣ Make Butter Topping

In a small bowl, mix:

  • Melted butter

  • Dijon mustard
