Ingredients

Meat Filling

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Taco Base

  • 6 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Meats

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and Italian sausage.

Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped pepperoni, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Tortillas

Warm tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave so they fold easily without breaking.

Step 3: Assemble the Pizza Tacos

Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce onto each tortilla.

Add a generous amount of meat mixture.

Sprinkle mozzarella (and cheddar if using) over the top.

Step 4: Melt and Crisp

Oven Method

Place tacos on a baking tray and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted.

Skillet Method
