Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

Juicy chicken tenders wrapped in crispy bacon and coated with caramelized brown sugar—sweet, salty, and totally irresistible. Perfect for dinner, parties, or game night.

🍳 Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs chicken tenders (or chicken breasts cut into strips)

  • 8–10 slices bacon (cut in half)

  • ½ cup brown sugar (light or dark)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp salt (optional, bacon is salty)

  • Cooking spray or foil for pan


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a baking dish with foil and lightly grease.


2. Season Chicken

  • In a bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.

  • Roll each chicken tender in the brown sugar mixture.


3. Wrap with Bacon

  • Wrap each tender with half a slice of bacon.

  • Place seam-side down in the baking dish.

  • Sprinkle any remaining brown sugar mixture on top.


4. Bake

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through.

  • Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra caramelization.
