Broccoli Cheese Patties

Golden on the outside, tender on the inside, these broccoli cheese patties are easy to make and loved by kids and adults alike.

  • Cook: 10–12 minutes

🍳 Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped (steamed & drained)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

  • 2 large eggs

  • Β½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour)

  • ΒΌ cup onion, finely chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Β½ tsp salt

  • Β½ tsp black pepper

  • Β½ tsp paprika (optional)

  • 2–3 tbsp oil for frying

1. Prep Broccoli

  • Steam broccoli until just tender (3–4 minutes).

  • Drain very well and finely chop.


2. Mix

  • In a bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, and spices.


3. Shape

  • Form mixture into small patties.


4. Cook

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Fry patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.


5. Serve

  • Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
