250 g imitation crab sticks (or real crab meat, flaked)

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Prepare the crab
Shred or chop the crab sticks into bite-sized pieces. -
Mix the dressing
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard until smooth. -
Combine
Add crab, celery, onion, herbs, salt, and pepper. Gently mix. -
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes for best flavor. -
Serve
Enjoy chilled.
