🛒 Ingredients

  • 250 g imitation crab sticks (or real crab meat, flaked)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 tbsp sweet relish

  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 1 tbsp sour cream (for extra creaminess)

  1. Prepare the crab
    Shred or chop the crab sticks into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Mix the dressing
    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard until smooth.

  3. Combine
    Add crab, celery, onion, herbs, salt, and pepper. Gently mix.

  4. Chill
    Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes for best flavor.
