  • 1 cup frozen corn or mixed vegetables

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

For the Topping

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.

  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, vegetables, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat layer.

  6. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.

  7. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy.

  8. For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
