This Peach Ice Cream Dessert is cool, creamy, and packed with sweet peach flavor. It’s layered with a buttery crust, smooth cream filling, juicy peaches, and fluffy whipped topping. Best of all — no baking required!

  • Mixing bowls

🥘 Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers

  • ½ cup melted butter

Cream Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (whipped)

Peach Layer

  • 3 cups sliced peaches (fresh, canned, or frozen & thawed)

  • ¼ cup sugar (optional, for fresh peaches)

Topping

  • 1½ cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)

  • Optional garnish: peach slices or crushed cookies


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the crust

Mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 dish.
Chill 10 minutes.

2. Prepare cream layer

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Fold in whipped cream gently.

Spread evenly over crust.

3. Add peaches

Layer sliced peaches evenly over the cream layer.
Sprinkle sugar over peaches if using fresh fruit.

4. Top

Spread whipped topping over peaches.

5. Chill or freeze

  • Chill: 4 hours for a soft dessert

  • Freeze: 3–4 hours for ice-cream texture

Let sit 5 minutes before slicing if frozen.
Serve cold and creamy!
