Chicken Filling

1 cup cooked chicken, finely shredded

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 green chili, chopped (optional)

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika or red chili powder

1 tbsp oil

1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)

1. Prepare the Filling

Heat oil in a pan.

Add onion and sauté until soft.

Add chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, soy sauce, and green chili.

Turn off heat, mix in coriander, and let cool.
2. Make the Potato Dough

In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cornflour, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Shape the Rolls

Take a portion of potato dough and flatten it in your palm.

4. Coat
