  • ½ cup salsa

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Burritos

  • 6 large flour tortillas

  • ½ cup enchilada sauce (optional, for topping)

  • Extra cheese for topping


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

  • Lightly grease a baking dish.


2. Make the Filling

  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, beans, corn, cheese, salsa, and spices until well combined.


3. Assemble Burritos

  • Place tortillas flat.

  • Spoon filling down the center of each.

  • Fold sides in, then roll tightly.


4. Bake

  • Place burritos seam-side down in baking dish.

  • Spoon enchilada sauce over top (optional).
