These Cheesy Puff Pastry Pizza Bites are flaky, golden, and loaded with melty cheese and pizza toppings. Perfect as an easy snack, party appetizer, or quick dinner idea!

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)

  • Use store-bought puff pastry for quick prep.
