COCONUT CREAM DELIGHT

Coconut Cream Delight is a light, creamy, layered dessert loaded with coconut flavor and a fluffy whipped topping. It’s perfect for potlucks, summer gatherings, or whenever you want a simple crowd-pleasing sweet without turning on the oven.


📝 Ingredients (9×9 inch dish)

For the crust

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ⅓ cup melted butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

For the cream layer

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping

For the coconut pudding layer

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 package instant coconut pudding mix (or vanilla)

  • ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut

For topping

  1. Make the crust:
    Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of your dish. Chill 15 minutes.

  2. Prepare cream layer:
    Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over chilled crust.

  3. Make pudding layer:
    Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick. Stir in shredded coconut. Spread over cream layer.

  4. Top it off:
    Spread remaining whipped topping evenly and sprinkle with toasted coconut.

  5. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (overnight is best) before slicing.
