This 5-Minute Diabetic Cake is soft, moist, and completely sugar-free—perfect for people with diabetes or anyone watching sugar intake. It’s made in the microwave, needs no oven, and uses low-carb ingredients.

Servings: 1 mug cake (or 2 small servings)

  • Microwave-safe mug or bowl

  • Whisk or fork


🥘 Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp almond flour (or oat flour)

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional for chocolate cake)

  • 1–2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp milk (almond milk or regular)

  • 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients

In a mug or bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients

Add egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Mix well until smooth batter forms.


Step 3: Microwave
