Sweet pineapple, tender chicken, creamy sauce, and a golden baked topping come together in one delicious casserole that disappears fast from the table.

It blends savory and sweet flavors beautifully, creating a comforting family-style meal that feels both tropical and hearty. Perfect for potlucks, family dinners, or make-ahead meals, this recipe is easy to prepare and always a crowd-pleaser.
