Seafood Boil Bake

Seafood Boil Bake is the easy oven version of the classic seafood boil — juicy shrimp, crab, sausage, corn, and potatoes tossed in rich garlic-butter Cajun seasoning and baked until perfectly tender. It delivers all the bold coastal flavors with much less mess, making it ideal for family dinners and viral food-blog content (these buttery seafood trays perform very well with US/UK traffic).

  • Small saucepan (for butter sauce)

  • Knife & cutting board

🧾 Ingredients

Main Seafood Mix

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)

  • 1 lb crab legs (or crab clusters)

  • 12 oz smoked sausage (sliced)

  • 4 ears corn (cut into pieces)

  • 1½ lb baby potatoes (halved)

📝 Ingredient Notes

  • Shrimp: Large or jumbo work best so they don’t overcook.

  • Potatoes: Baby Yukon gold cook faster and stay creamy.

  • Crab: Frozen crab legs are perfect — just thaw first.

  • Cajun seasoning: Adjust amount for spice tolerance (important for wider audience).

  2. Add potatoes, corn, sausage, shrimp, and crab.

  3. Pour Cajun butter over everything.

  4. Toss well to coat evenly.

Step 4 — Bake

  • Bake at 400°F / 200°C for 30–35 minutes

  • Stir once halfway through.

  • Finish uncovered until seafood is cooked and edges slightly roasted.

Step 5 — Serve

Sprinkle parsley, squeeze fresh lemon, and serve hot with extra butter.
