Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter (plus extra for brushing)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg

Step 4: Shape Rolls

Punch down dough and divide into 12–15 equal pieces. Shape into balls and place in a greased baking dish.

Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes until puffy.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
