This Strawberry & Pineapple Layered Dessert is light, creamy, fruity, and perfect for summer. With sweet strawberries, juicy pineapple, and fluffy cream layers, it’s a crowd-favorite for potlucks, BBQs, and family gatherings.

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers

  • Β½ cup melted butter


🍦 Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


🍍 Pineapple Layer

  • 1 can (20 oz / 560g) crushed pineapple, well drained

  • 1 package (3 oz / 85g) strawberry gelatin

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 1Β½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced


🍨 Topping

  • 1–2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)

  • Fresh strawberries & pineapple chunks for garnish

Step 1: Make Crust

  1. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter.

  2. Press into the bottom of the dish.

  3. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.


Step 2: Cream Cheese Layer

  1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

  2. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla.

  3. Spread over the crust evenly.


Step 3: Pineapple Layer

  • Spread drained crushed pineapple over the cream layer.


Step 4: Strawberry Layer

  1. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water.

  2. Add cold water and let cool slightly.

  3. Stir in sliced strawberries.

  4. Pour over pineapple layer and refrigerate until set (1–2 hours).


Step 5: Topping

  • Spread whipped topping on top and garnish with fruit.

  • Chill before serving.
