This Almond Mascarpone Torte is a luxurious European-style dessert with a soft almond cake base and rich mascarpone cream filling. It’s light, elegant, and perfect for special occasions, tea parties, or holidays.

Step 1: Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

  • Grease and line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.


Step 2: Make Almond Cake

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

  3. Mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk until smooth.

  5. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.

  • Cool completely before assembling.


Step 4: Make Mascarpone Cream

  1. Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

  2. In another bowl, beat mascarpone, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth.

  3. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.


Step 5: Assemble

  1. Slice cake horizontally into two layers (optional).

  2. Spread mascarpone cream between layers and on top.

  3. Garnish with sliced almonds and dust with powdered sugar.
