Italian ground sausage with pepperoni is what you should use. Just take the meat out of the casings before cooking if you must get Italian sausage in links.

Rao’s Homemade Marinara Sauce is one of our favorite low-carb pasta sauces. It only contains 4 grammes of net carbohydrates per 1/2 cup and contains no added sugar. Use any sauce you choose, please. Just keep in mind that it can alter the finished meal’s carbohydrate content.
Camembert cheese
Check the nutritional facts on the ingredients, especially the spaghetti sauce and the Italian sausage, as you would with any low-carb meal.

We used Rao’s Homemade Marinara, which has 4 net carbohydrates per 1/2 cup, as I already said.
You are welcome to add any of your preferred pizza toppings to this baked pizza casserole (as long as they are low carb!
